AREANU
Role: Player Development Coach
Speciality: Learning Path, Leakfinder Reviews, Low- & Mid-Stakes Development
areanu helps bitB Spins players turn coaching, tools and study material into clear next steps. With 8+ years in coaching and player-development roles, 3,000+ hand histories reviewed, and around 20 players currently under his support, his work focuses on the part of improvement many players struggle with most: knowing what to study, why it matters, and how to apply it at the tables.
His day-to-day work includes 1-on-1 calls, hand-history feedback, Leakfinder reviews, homework follow-ups and recorded-session reviews. He works mainly with low- and midstakes players, helping them identify the leaks that cost the most money, choose the right Learning Path material, and build practical routines that make improvement more consistent.
Inside bitB, areanu also helps connect the coaching system together: supporting curriculum work, helping with learning materials, following Discord discussions and making sure players’ questions do not disappear. His value is not only in giving answers, but in noticing when a player needs direction, a better study plan, or just a human conversation.
Players value areanu for being thorough, responsive and easy to reach. His coaching is built around clear priorities, useful follow-up and a genuine interest in the person he is working with. He does not only look at the hand or the stat in isolation — he tries to understand what the player is struggling with, what would actually help now, and how to make the next step feel manageable.
Outside poker, he is an avid swimmer, D&D player and board-game enthusiast.
